About BCC LinkToChina 

The Programme is a partnership
project between the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) and China Council for
the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT).

The UK-China Business Match-making
project is operated through its Regional Offices across the UK and is also
accessible through local partners, many of whom are leading Chambers in the BCC
network. These are centres of excellence in international trade, providing
leading international business services for the BCC network and beyond.

British Chambers of
Commerce

British Chambers of Commerce is the
national chamber of the United Kingdom. As the largest business umbrella
organisation BCC has 54 Accredited Chambers locating across the UK, which have
some 130,000 corporate members that employ 4.5 million people in a
comprehensive range of industries. Many smaller Chambers are also affiliated
with BCC through the Network of Accredited Chambers. It is estimated that more
than 1 million businesses have direct access to BCC services.

CCPIT – China
Council for the Promotion of International Trade

Founded in 1952, China Council for
the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) is the national trade and
investment promotion agency in China. Under the auspices of the State Council
it maintains co-operation with over 200 countries and regions. CCPIT has 65
municipal and provincial sub-councils, 700 branches and a membership of 70,000
companies in China. It also operates the largest trade arbitration network in
China and oversees the International Chamber of Commerce (China).
